A
human being with better manifestation to adapt according to the situation and
penetrate the surrounding atmosphere in order to retrieve his mental state back
in position is known as mental health. This description of a healthy mind is
quite complicated but exactly what a person should pursue to find his or her
mental wellbeing. (Opare-Henaku
& Utsey,
2017).
In
the improving era, therapies have changed their way to incorporate more client
and techniques. In this enhancements, the selected approach is client centered.
Previously, it was technique centered. Instead of only focus on techniques to
target the patient’s specified problem, client centered therapies have included
the steps to understand the patient and get their trust.
Anxiety,
continuous abuse, any guilty or trauma or a situation like that can cause the
person to loose his senses and gets himself into a state of depression,
distress or sometimes addicted. The profession of emergency nursing had been
started with just a room to soothe the patients and delver them their basic
needs. After that it expanded up to departments and communities. In ancient
times, people were reluctantly not believing nurses to be trust-worthy for
serving their beloved ones, but the necessity to attend every patient diligently recorded the worth
of a nurse subsequently.
Humanistic
approach states that nurses should focus on all kinds human problems (diseases
and other mental issues) from the beginning and helps a person to feel more
livelihood in life. Nurses have to understand the inner and outer environment
of the patient (privacy should not be affected). They can follow
phenomenological approach Nurses have to know themselves first and then try to
understand patients. In the conversation, nurses will have to put their
introduction (study, experience, etc.) to the patients. So, patients can feel
relaxed, trust and tell the exact details. Nurses should tell every details to
the patients (like issues, processes, measures to resolve, etc.).
Whenever
a person confronts any genetic mutation or emotional shock, it irreversibly
hits the sensitive part of his neurons causing a swift change of behavior. This
leads to mental illness in which a person gets frustrated and short-tempered,
and if not treated properly, can cause retardation of a mind. (Purtle,
Peters, Kolker,
& Klassen,
2017). This would exempt him out of this world as he will only understand the
things he wants to, will not cooperate with the ones taking care of him. He is
not said to be abnormal but he will not be like other human beings.
A
patient has the rights to be treated manfully even if he is not acting like a
human as he is not in his healthy state of mind. This theory is for the sake of
human development and nation’s embodiment with positivity and eternal peace of
mind for every individual, as it usually happens that the person’s relatives
get annoyed by his condition leading to the deterioration of them too,
therefore multiplying the situation. (Larkings & Brown, 2018).
Nursology
is a proper experimental study of implementing the process with several steps
as a nurse starts knowing the person with mental illness intuitively. The
succession of her profession is to treat the patient methodically knowing the
cause of his illness. Many surveys has revealed the implication of this theory
in different regions, that active presence even with the comatose patient can
cause him to relieve. (Lima et al., 2017). The defect of this theory is that a nurse
can develop psychotic problems as she also needs a gap from her profession.
Existentialism
is a method to understand life on earth whether any human being with annoying
habits or someone not able to deliver his proper thought for living, deserves
pity and sympathy based learning not ignorance, arrogance and misbehavior. The
conclusion to the survey should only be the awareness of both patient and
nurse’s rights.
